Many people have been quite familar with menstrual cups, it is tampon replacement, and reusable period product. Here We want to introuduce to you another one which is menstrual disc, it is reusable too. But made of much thinner silicone, give you ultra-comfort feeling. It is used to sit in the widest part of your vagina, covering the cervix to collect your period fluid. It doens’t plug in your vagina like menstrual cup, so it can minimum your period cramp, and allow your have a mess free period sex.
The disc looks large, anyway, it is as small as a tampon when you squeeze it to insert. When it sits the right place, you shouldn’t feel it. The disc capacity is up to 60ml, equals to 5 regular tampons.
Conclusion
Although menstrual disc has a lot of advantages, but it needs more practise to insert and remove compared with using a cup. Anyway, it will not be a problem after you get used of it.
