Menstrual Care Factory and Quality Management
For a private label or OEM project, product quality is not a single certificate or inspection point. It is the result of clear specifications, controlled manufacturing steps, checks against approved requirements and a disciplined release process.
AOBO is a specialized manufacturer of menstrual cups, menstrual discs and related accessories. We work with buyers to convert their approved product, branding and packaging requirements into a production plan that can be checked before shipment.
Quality begins with an agreed specification
Before bulk production, the product model, color, logo method, packaging, artwork and kit contents need to be clear. These agreed details provide the reference for production and inspection. If a project changes, the updated requirement should be confirmed before manufacturing continues.
Manufacturing and inspection coordination
For applicable products, production may involve material preparation, molding, trimming, visual inspection, post-curing and packaging. The exact workflow and checkpoints depend on the product and project. We coordinate production checks and traceability according to the applicable manufacturing plan.
Quality management and documentation support
AOBO operates under an ISO 13485-certified quality-management system within the certificate scope. Relevant compliance and test documentation may be discussed for a specific product, market and cooperation stage. Availability and suitability are always confirmed against the actual record and project requirement; a factory-level system certificate is not a product certificate.
A transparent supplier relationship
Good sourcing depends on timely approvals, accurate artwork, realistic lead-time planning and clear communication when requirements change. We aim to surface these decisions early so buyers can manage their launch, procurement and compliance work with fewer surprises.
